By downloading or using MiniPost Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

MiniPost Pro is licensed, not sold. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the app on your macOS device in accordance with these terms.

3. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission.
You may not use the app for unlawful or malicious purposes.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code.

4. Data and Privacy

MiniPost Pro operates offline. No personal or analytics data is collected or shared. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Updates and Availability

We may update or discontinue MiniPost Pro at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app means acceptance of any modified terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

MiniPost Pro is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use MiniPost Pro, including data loss or service interruption.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Kullanım Koşulları

1. Koşulların Kabulü

MiniPost Pro uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak, bu Kullanım Koşulları’nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayınız.

2. Lisans

MiniPost Pro satılmamış, lisanslanmıştır. Bu uygulamayı yalnızca kendi macOS cihazınızda, kişisel kullanım amacıyla, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir lisansla kullanabilirsiniz.

3. Kısıtlamalar

Uygulamayı izinsiz kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez veya dağıtamazsınız.
Uygulamayı yasa dışı veya kötü amaçlarla kullanamazsınız.
Kaynak kodunu çıkarmak, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya derlemeyi çözümlemek yasaktır.

4. Veri ve Gizlilik

MiniPost Pro tamamen offline çalışır. Kişisel veya analiz verisi toplanmaz, paylaşılmaz. Detaylı bilgi için Gizlilik Politikası sayfamıza bakınız.

5. Güncellemeler ve Erişilebilirlik

Uygulama zaman zaman güncellenebilir veya kaldırılabilir. Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenmiş koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

6. Garanti Feragati

MiniPost Pro “olduğu gibi” sunulur; herhangi bir hata, kesinti veya güvenlik garantisi verilmez.

7. Sorumluluk Sınırlaması

MiniPost Pro’nun kullanımı sonucunda oluşabilecek veri kaybı veya kesinti gibi durumlardan geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.

8. Yürürlükteki Hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir ve buna göre yorumlanır.
